Cardio at home

Doing cardio at home is much easier than trying to work your muscles because it is cost free and can be done anywhere in the house. There are many exercises to be done as cardio at home with more of the simple ones being :

  • Jumping jacks
  • Jog on the spot
  • If in possession of a rope, skipping
  • Burpees
  • Jump squats

Doing these exercises for approximately 15 minutes today will bring great benefits to your mental and physical state, especially if you are also eating healthy and being in the sun daily to reach your target vitamin D.
