Fundamentals of exercise

Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.

‘the condition

of being physically

fit and healthy’

There are several fundamentals of physical exercise :

a measure of how well you can do exercises that involve your whole body at moderate to high intensity for an extended time

the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift

Muscular endurance is how many times you can move that weight without getting exhausted

the amount or range of movement that you have around a joint

the percentages of fat, bone and muscle in human bodies
